Commonly Asked Questions:
  1. What is my username?
  2. What if I forgot my password?
  3. How do I make a payment on my payment plan?
  4. How do I complete my DCI?
  5. Why did Records Removal Services stop using email to communicate with clients?
  1. What is my username?  Your username is always your email address on file with us.  Since only you know the password to your email address, and email addresses cannot be replicated, this is the safest way.  There is no way to change your username to anything other than an email address, and it must be an email address you check regularly and have regular access to.

  2. What if I forgot my password?  If you cannot remember your password, simply client the "forgot password" feature during the login process and the system will email your password to you.

  3. How do I make a payment on my payment plan?  First of all, you must make sure the credit card information under your billing section is accurate.  The system will only bill you monthly (usually $50.00, or whatever prearranged amount you have requested) you cannot make any additional payments until the payment is due.  You can view the due date under "current bills."  The system will also send you an email reminding you that the payment will automatically be made and applied to your account several days before it is due.  If you would like to make an additional payment, or completely pay off your account, please submit a "Ticket" to the Billing Department.

  4. How do I complete my DCI?  Instructions on how to complete your DCI are listed when you login to your secured account.  Your DCI information is stored under your "Profile" section and you may modify it anytime you wish.  We cannot proceed with your case until your complete your DCI.

  5. Why did Records Removal Services stop using email to communicate with clients?  Your privacy is very important to us; electronic messages are not always secure, your online account is however!  In the past, critical people did not always get copied on emails related to your case resulting in communication errors; with the new system, that doesn't happen, everyone is updated when a ticket is submitted.

    1. In addition, with our new ticketing system, both you and Records Removal Services can view previous tickets, existing tickets, etc.

    2. New, pending, and closed Client Services Tickets are saved in your account for future reference, and you will receive immediate email notification when your ticket has been resolved and/or received a response.

About Expungement | Our Commitment to You:

Remember, conviction records don't automatically go away with the passage of time. People, even with minor conviction, have to take actions in order to expunge their records. In addition, expungement orders from any state aren't worth the paper they are written on if government and privately owned criminal databases aren't updated.

Expungement is a focus of our company, but we are not a law firm. As such, our fees are always the cheapest because we have developed a semi-automatic, state-of-the-art system to complete the process once you have completed the steps in your initial paperwork packet.  We are more efficient and are generally able to provide a faster turn-around.

We will endeavor to make your expungement as speedy as possible. The procedure typically takes from 3 to 6 months (and sometimes longer) depending upon the Court, the complexity of the case, and how old the conviction is.
